Minimal, high-quality finishes were selected to enhance the architecture and sustainability of the build without distracting from views of the majestic Pepper Tree, acting as an anchor point to the centre of the home.

Pepper Tree Passive House is an architecturally designed eco-house that follows the German building design methodology of 'Passive Haus'. The interior design process was very unique for this build, focusing on smart, sustainable and innovative design with dual functionality to serve as both a working office and Airbnb.
